Defining the Service Standards
Who can use this
You must be 18 or older to use our site. If you are younger, please ask your parents or guardians for permission first.
How to use
Please use Blue Buff fairly. You must give us the correct Game ID and Zone so we can send your items quickly. If you give wrong info, we might not be able to help.
Delivery
All our items are digital and sent right away. Once we send the items to your game account, the deal is finished and cannot be changed.
Payments
We use safe and private ways to pay. We do not save your bank or card details. We can block any payments that look like a scam.
Refunds
Because digital items are sent instantly, we usually don't give refunds. We only help with refunds if there is a big technical problem on our side.
No Cheating
If you try to cheat, use bots, or lie about payments, we will have to block your account forever.
Our Brand
Blue Buff is our own brand. The games like Mobile Legends belong to their own companies. We are an independent store.
Our Limits
We are not responsible if you give us the wrong ID, or if the game company has a server problem.
Suspension Policy
Violations of these terms result in immediate termination of account access without prior warning.
Governing Law
All agreements are interpreted under the local jurisdiction of our operational base.
