Digital Items
Most items are sent instantly. Once you get your diamonds or credits, the sale is final. We cannot take them back or give a refund.
When we refund
We only give refunds if your money was taken but you did not get your items after 24 hours. This is for technical errors only.
Your Mistakes
If you give us the wrong Player ID or Game Zone, we cannot give a refund. Please double-check your details before you buy!
How long it takes
If we approve your refund, it will take 5 to 7 days to reach your bank or wallet account.
